About

Cantor Jinny Marsh performs  Jewish, Interfaith, Non-Religious and LGTB wedding ceremonies. Wedding ceremonies may include blessings, prayers, and readings, and lines of English and/or Hebrew that are meaningful to the couple. The exchange of vows and rings are basic elements, and in keeping with Jewish tradition, the following are typically included in a service: the Kabbalat Kinyan – presentation of the wedding contract (Ketubah); the wedding canopy (Chuppah) which symbolizes the future home of the couple; the sharing of wine by bride and groom,  the breaking of the glass; and if preferred, Cantor Jin will weave in the lighting of the Unity Candle to represent the joining of the couple and their families.

  • Your wedding ceremony-Through our meetings and drafts of your ceremony, we craft your ceremony to personalize it and keep it to a maximum length of 20- 25 minutes
  • A Ketubah ceremony-Traditional 10-15 minute ceremony 1/2 hour prior to wedding
  • Our three meetings over the next few months
  • We can also include Pre-marital counseling

I meet with my couples week nights or weekends, in person or on Skype, FaceTime or Google, whatever is convenient for you.

Please text me (703 282-6505) with your email and I will send you samples of my weddings via my sugar sync account (like dropbox). Emailing from this site has not worked in the past.

After you’ve viewed my wedding samples, please let me know if you’re interested in setting up a meeting with me and your fiancee to see if we are a good fit.

Best Wishes,

Cantor Jin
